Ligia Dias - Colliers

Ligia Dias won the ANDAM Fashion award in 2009, which I think is sort of the French equivalent of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund award?  She has a degree in graphic design, worked for Alber Ebaz at Lanvin for several years, and quit to start her own line. Club Monaco scooped her up for a collaboration late last year.
