I wish I could tell you more about this line Toga, but I can’t really figure it out. It’s from Japan. I can’t tell if it’s called Toga or Toga Archives, but it’s generally delightful, a little bit like Miu Miu on crack, and I think Tavi would probably wear it particularly well.
