Not gonna lie: Have been waiting for this Edith A. Miller tee to hit stores for ages. Because only a fool would say no to stripes AND camo. —erica

Next Level: Metallic Sleeves

Bill Cunningham thinks it’s all about black leather sleeves. We’re with him (evidence!) and are willing to push things further: How’s about metallics? Here, four with-black ways to go. —erica

LEVEL I: This Generation Love top’s super easy in a Saturday-with-Serena van der Woodsen way.

LEVEL II: Tibi gets lacy without going too girly—tough to do.

LEVEL III: Why not do metallic AND leather, c/o this Aiko shirt? Marc Summers double dares you.

LEVEL IV: You (and David Bowie) would look so freaking fly in Maison Scotch’s take on the black moto jacket

Next Level: Fancy Baseball Tees

Total non-secret: I love baseball tees. On boys, on girls, and probably on dogs (just haven’t really considered it, is all). And, lucky for me, designers are amping up the classic raglan-sleeve number with the sort of fabrics and prints that would get you laughed right out of Busch Stadium. —erica

LEVEL I: We’re still working with a basic cotton here, but Raquel Allegra delivers on the cut and color fronts big time.

LEVEL II: Silk! Graphic! Picture this Rebecca Taylor sucker with slouchy wool pants for World Series season (i.e., autumn).

LEVEL III: 3.1 Phillip Lim always kills it on the texture from, and this knit take is Kozy (yup, with a capital K).

LEVEL IV: Why not go all animal-print nuts with A.L.C.? WHY NOT? Total homerun.

So much more! Get your “Next Level” fix this way.

This CXXVI tank would pair nicely with a Weber Smokey Joe and some Sixpoint tallboys. Made in the USA, duh. —erica
